As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer preference.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• A brief description of the issue

Once we review and verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Please note that products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
